NEEDS ANALYSIS
It is crucial to know how much money your loved ones would require to pay the bills in the
event of your passing, or in case you suffer from a critical illness, or disability. I will help you to figure out
just how much protection you need to ensure that the money is there when you need it for such things as: final
expenses, funerals, house payments, children's education, retirement, bills, etc, and work with you to make sure
that everything is covered at a price that is within your budget!
MORTGAGE PROTECTION
Your home is one of your and your family's biggest investments. It makes sense to protect it
with the best coverage available. I will provide you with a combination of high quality protection, superior
customer service, and the comfort of knowing that, should anything ever happen to you (i.e. death, critical
illness, or disability), you and your loved ones will be protected and I will be there to help
them.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
Planning for your future financial requirements is important. I am ready to work with you in
order to help determine all of your needs, including: retirement planning, education funding, pension plans,
Individual Retirement Accounts, as well as annuities.
FINAL EXPENSES
Now let's be honest, you will purchase Final Expense coverage not for yourself, but to take
the "Financial Burden" off of your loved ones. Also, all benefits are "Income Tax Free", and can go to any
beneficiary that you select. Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and other creditors cannot go after your beneficiary's
benefits.
ESTATE PLANNING
I am often surprised at how many people are planning on leaving their heirs a large
inheritance, without realizing how much of that inheritance will go to the government. For example a client of mine
that was a 65 year old male non-smoker had $10,000 in a savings account that he was planning on leaving to his 2
grandchildren. After he died the money would have been probated and the government would have gotten 28% of the
money in taxes leaving the 2 grandchildren $3,600 each. Fortunately, we invested that money into a Single Premium
Whole Life, and now after he passes the 2 grandchildren will receive $9,381 each, Tax Free! I have several plans
that will help you pass on wealth to your loved ones not only TAX FREE, but with a greater value than you had
invested.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH PROTECTION
Accidents are the 4th leading cause of death, and the number 1 cause of death for people
under the age of 55. Accidental death protection is especially important for younger people (persons under 55) and
people that work in hazardous jobs (i.e. Firemen, Policemen) or have dangerous hobbies (i.e. ATVing,
Hunting).
